Our dedicated servers have great performance and reliability because we don’t cut corners. We start with a HP server with dual power supplies, Western Digital Red Disks, HP or Samsung Memory. Nobody likes unreliable servers, especially the guys who have to get out of bed in the middle of the night to fixed them. We do everything we can to avoid this.

HA Dedicated Server Gold are real workhorse servers; they will run most Windows or Linux application with no trouble at all.

All dedicated servers have IPMI version 2.0 access via the HP iLO, this means that you can connect to your server to power it on or perform hard reboot. This will get you out of trouble most of the time.

A server you cannot access is no good to anyone so we include a level of support to ensure basic services are available. So even without an additional support agreement, during working hours we restore access to your Dedicated Server.
We offer more comprehensive support agreements to cover all requirements, as well as a full range of data backup options.
If all else fails and you need us to fix an operating system fault on your server in the middle of the night our engineers are on call for a charge of £60 per hour.

Cores Per Processor
Processors can have multiple cores. A four core processor has 4 CPU cores on a single physical chip, so you get four times as much processing power.
Memory RAM
HA Dedicated Server Gold server can have up to 256 GB of Memory. The more you have the more your server will be able to juggle different tasks and the quicker it will respond.
1TB Hard Drives
HA Dedicated Server Gold can be configured with up to four Western Digital Red 1TB drives.

Each Dedicated Server will receive a routed block of IP addresses, this is the most secure way of allocating IP addresses, as IP addresses cannot be accidentally used by others. Each block has a total number of addresses and a usable number of addresses. The usable number is always (on our networks) three less than the overall number of addresses.
If you require more than 64 IP addresses a justification would need to be made to RIPE, we can assist you with the justification and complete the required paperwork, please get in touch to discuss your requirements further.
IP Address Blocks
We provide IP addresses in routed blocks. You will have a number of usable addresses, and a Gateway, Network and Broadcast address.
Gold servers can have larger ranges of IP addresses and custom IP address configurations such as multiple ranges on a single servers, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Data Transfer at 100Mbit
Each HA Dedicated Server Gold includes unlimited data transfer on a 100 Mbit connection. The base speed can be increase to 200 or 300 Mbit.
Server OS Support
We can provide full operating system support for you server.
Managed Data Backup for Servers
We backup up the data on your server keep a local copy in our main data centre and replicate this to our secondary site.
HA CloudBackupUK Data Retention Period
The number of days that restore data from, the longer the period the larger your overall storage requirement will be.
Our HA Dedicated Server Gold are available on a monthly contract with a minimum term of 6 Months.
After the minimum term, just tell us you no longer need it and pay one more invoice.
You will get full use of the server until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you require more than 64 IP addresses, an application to RIPE will be required we will assist with this however there is a one off charge of £120 +VAT for this service.
