Upgrading your VPS is not a problem!

Due to the nature of VPS it's easy to allocate more resources if you need it in the future. Just let us know ahead of when you need your upgrade and we will make sure you get it.
Of course more resources come with a slight extra cost, depending on what you need.
What if my Virtual Server says 'Pending'?

This just means that the Container is still in the process of being set up - it should be done soon!

There is no set time for this to be completed by, buy if it seems to be taking an abnormally long time then get in touch and we'll have quickly checkup on it for you!

After buying our Fast WordPress Hosting you will get an email asking if you would like to have us set it up for you or if you would like to do it yourself. If you want us to do it you can click the link you'll receive to book a time slot for us to do it all for you. You'll also be told what information you'll need to provide us.

Unfortunately yes.

You're existing website must already be on WordPress. This is due to the technical configeration of our product - It only does WordPress, but does it very effectively.

If you are currently or planning on building a new website you can also use this, again it has to be on the WordPress platform though.
