Out of Hours Support
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 until 18:00, if you call during these times we will do our best to help you.
Outside of these hours please check our HA Hosting Status Page which has all the latest service updates. Out of hours it can take 15-30 minutes for an update.
If you have a problem outside of our normal hours, dont worry as we are still available in emergencies.
However if you dont have an explicit agreement for extended hours support, you may be charged our current hourly rate of £60+VAT.
We support our infrastructure around the clock and have extensive monitoring and alerting in place.

We have our own data centre in Sheffield. From here we provide high quality, reasonably priced and professionally managed service including Online Backup, Cloud Hosting (VPS), Colocation and Wholesale SIP / VoIP.
Easy 24/7 access for Rack Colocation Clients. Single server colocation clients can also access their servers 24/7 subject to a charge. We believe it's important that you can access your servers whenever you may need them!
Security is important and we Access Control, Alarms and CCTV to make sure everything is always secure.
