UK Cloud Backup Services in Our Sheffield Data Centre

Our UK cloud backup pricing starts at £14.00 per TB per month, billed in 0.5 TB increments so you only pay for what you actually use. Storage sits on our Ceph cluster in our ISO 27001 Sheffield data centre with end-to-end encryption on by default. Veeam Cloud Connect licences may be required if you're connecting Veeam Backup & Replication directly. We can also bundle the licences and the management as a fixed monthly fee under Managed Backup Services if you'd rather not run the backups yourself.

In our own ISO 27001 Sheffield data centre, on our Ceph cluster, with end-to-end encryption on by default. UK-resident, UK-managed by our own engineering team. No AWS or Azure region puzzles, no overseas data hops. Worth knowing if you're subject to GDPR, ICO requirements, or any sector that needs evidence of where customer data physically lives. Anything that can write to a Windows or Linux mount, an S3 endpoint, or via rsync over SSH. Customers run Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam Agent, Acronis Cyber Backup, Macrium Reflect, Duplicati, restic, Borg, Windows Server Backup, plain rsync scripts, and Microsoft 365 backup tools. Recovery speed depends on your data volume and your network speed to our Sheffield data centre. For individual file restores, expect minutes. For a full server image, expect hours rather than days. For mission-critical workloads where downtime is expensive, we can build in replication and warm standby copies in our second UK data centre to bring recovery time down to minutes. We'll size and quote against the recovery targets you actually need.

Yes. Microsoft 365 backup is one of our most-requested services. Microsoft retains your data for limited periods and does not protect against accidental deletion, malicious deletion, ransomware, or staff lockout. We back up Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams to our Sheffield Ceph cluster with point-in-time restore. Pricing is per-user, per-month. End-to-end encryption is on by default, with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. You hold the encryption keys, so we cannot read your data even if we wanted to. Physical security includes two-factor access control, internal and external CCTV, smoke, fire and intruder alarms, all in our ISO 27001 certified facility. Network access is filtered, and we run our own IP ranges with BGP peering across multiple Tier 1 carriers.

Yes. We work with managed service providers and IT consultancies who resell our UK cloud backup to their own customers. You get wholesale pricing, your own multi-tenant repository on our Ceph cluster, separate accounts for each end customer, and white-label reporting.
