The following table lays out pricing for resources and services that may apply across a range of products.
Included with all our products is infrastructure support 24/7/365.
If you wish us to investigate a problem that is not due to our infrastructure we will charge according to the following scale.
Details of charges, for over usage of resources like power and bandwidth, please note that these are the same as our standard charges.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (excluding bank holidays).
