Kaizen IT is a well established B2B Creative Sector IT Sales and Support organisation with its headquarters in Sheffield. We took up residence in the HA hosting Sheffield Datacentre when the site first opened 8 years ago in order to provide quality backup solutions and hosted mail to our clients.
Why did we choose HA hosting? We wanted somewhere fairly local as opposed to Manchester where we already have a presence.
Was it a risk? Some might think so, but after discussions with HA those fears were put to one side very swiftly. The centre is very secure and has good protection, physically as well as digitally.
Have we been pleased? You bet we have ….. Stuart and Rory are the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet, they know their business very well indeed and we see them as key partners now towards the smooth running of our operations.
The service has proved very stable and secure and has provided us with a useful addition to our range of services with competitive costing.
